An important aspect of enlightenment is the return to wholeness or oneness.

It makes sense that a part of your journey to enlightenment is finding and reclaiming those pieces of yourself that are part of the oneness or wholeness of who you came here to be. As a soul incarnates into a body, it does not do so all at once.

An important aspect of enlightenment is the ability to be present.

The question I ask when talking about presence is not how do you stay present but where do you go when you’re not present?

A large part of Enlightenment and mastery is determining what is your energy and what is someone else’s.

This means that some of the programs operating in your life have not been created by you. You are carrying and responding to emotional patterns and belief systems that have been created by someone else

When I started the Inner Diamond program in 2001, I had no idea what kind of transformation it would offer me.

I just knew I needed help in releasing some really, old stuck patterns in my life. One of the patterns I became aware of once I started my daily meditation was what I call the ‘chameleon pattern’.

When mastering the mind, the most important part is to determine what are your own thoughts and what are the thoughts of others or those of your society. As you do this, you can begin quieting your thoughts and this will allow a connection to your higher self.

We all have something called a Personality Body.

This Personality Body consists of our physical, etheric, emotional and lower mental bodies. When living out of these bodies on a consistent basis, it is difficult to create or maintain a connection with your Spiritual Body.

One day, a mother of four young children visited a spiritual teacher who lived in her city. She had heard about this teacher from her friends who were taking her classes. They were amazed at the information and meditations she was teaching and a few of them had reached their enlightenment.

What is Enlightenment?

The very short answer to this question is that Enlightenment occurs when the soul experiences a reconnection to the oneness and knows itself to be a part of the Oneness and not a soul living in separation.

You came in with a plan and a purpose of where you wanted to go and what you wanted to accomplish. On a soul level, it chose where you were going to be born and into what family, religion and societal structure. You chose people and experiences that would both support you and challenge you on your journey through this lifetime.

What is Practical Spirituality and what does it look like?

Practical Spirituality means bringing awareness and consciousness into everything you do. It is understanding that spirituality isn’t confined to when you meditate, practice yoga, attending a church service or whatever practice you consider to be spiritual.
