It was 2001 and I had been doing a type of meditation for eight years and realized at a certain point, that my life had not changed significantly in those eight years … not the way I had hoped, anyway. I began searching for a meditation that could transform the emotional patterns that I felt were controlling my life. And I wanted a meditation that could quiet my mind for more than 20 minutes a day.

My request was answered when a client gave me a flyer about the Inner Diamond class that was coming to Fargo, North Dakota. Reading the flyer, one sentence stood out. It read: ‘this class will awaken and activate the 24 strands of your DNA and will help you transform your life.’ I registered immediately.

Looking back, this was exactly what I was looking for and it has, in every way, transformed my life. The Inner Diamond class provided me with amazing tools that immediately started to shift my internal world and helped me to see the world around me with more clarity. I knew at the end of the two-day class that I would be teaching the Inner Diamond and have been teaching it since becoming certified in 2002.

I know we all have those pivotal moments in our lives and this was one of those moments for me. Prior to taking the Inner Diamond, it now feels like my life was colorless. It was missing something but I didn’t know what it was. It turned out that it was my connection to my own inner light. My soul was yearning for a conscious connection with my own higher self and the additional benefit from taking the class once this amazing connection with Universal energies. Once I learned how to connect, I was like a kid in a candy store. I couldn’t get enough!

I am excited to share more about my experiences with the Inner Diamond in the upcoming blog series but for now, I would like you to know that it has been an honor and privilege to teach the Inner Diamond and to witness others use the tools of the Inner Diamond to transform their life. From my unique perspective, it is like witnessing the unfolding of beautiful flowers that are responding to the warmth of the sun.
